In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I inform you that:
1. The Controller of your personal data is OEN sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Sady, ul. Logistyczna 11A, 62-080 Sady, Poland, represented by the Company’s Management Board.

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in correspondence related to our business activity, enabling e-mail contact with the Controller, documenting arrangements made with clients, contractors and other persons, receiving letters, notifications and applications in an electronic form, protecting against claims and pursuing possible claims.
4. Your personal data may be transferred only to entities authorised to receive them under the law (e.g. the police, prosecutor’s office, court, supervisory authorities) or to entities entrusted with the processing of personal data under a concluded agreement.
5. We store correspondence for the period necessary to duly and reliably carry out the purposes referred to in point 3 above, separately for each purpose, unless the messages contain content relevant to pursuing or defending claims. In such a case, selected messages will be stored for up to 3 years, i.e. until the limitation period for claims, and in the event of the initiation of court proceedings, also after this period.
6. You have the right to access your data, receive a copy of it, rectify your personal data, request the erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing.
7. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
8. No automated decision-making or profiling will be used in the processing of personal data.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, if your personal data is processed in breach of GDPR.
