The facility in Werne, located close to Dortmund International Airport, is fully adapted for cross-docking – a distribution method that minimises storage time. This allows Amazon to prepare up to 120,000 parcels a day for dispatch from this centre.

Schneider Electric busbar trunking systems rated at 1600A and 1250A were delivered and installed, ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution throughout the facility. The total length of the installed busbars is approximately 1,000 metres.

The extension of the main switchboards with additional air circuit breakers increases the reliability and safety of busbar power supply. This solution enables effective circuit isolation and protection, providing better installation control and minimising the risk of failure. The project represents a significant step towards improving the efficiency and safety of the energy infrastructure.

Installation of internal power lines (approx. 20,000 metres) – carried out with precision to ensure reliable power supply.

Execution of primary and emergency lighting under the technical platforms, covering an area of about 10,000 m². Effective and safe lighting guarantees optimal working conditions and safety across the site.
