A futuristic vision, modern technologies, in the very heart of Silesia

Booster Zabrze is a service and logistics complex with office space, situated on the border of the Poremba and Zaborze Południe districts of Zabrze, close to the A1 and A4 motorways. The facility will offer its tenants as much as 111,000 square metres of space, packed with energy-saving and technologically advanced solutions.

A 100 kWp photovoltaic installation, mounted vertically on the façade of the industrial hall, is an example of a modern approach to energy generation. High-performance 480 W monocrystalline panels with advanced N-Type glass-glass technology ensure exceptional durability, low degradation and excellent temperature performance.
This solution combines aesthetics with reliability, providing efficient energy production and real savings all year round, making full use of the façade surface.

As part of the project, the company supplied and commissioned an innovative Kehua energy storage system with a power of 100 kW and capacity of 215 kWh, which intelligently stores surplus photovoltaic energy. With its off-grid function, it increases energy independence, allowing continuous power supply even in the event of complete disconnection from the grid.
An advanced energy management system ensures stable, uninterrupted supply along with full safety and user comfort. This project is a step towards a sustainable future and real year-round savings.

For a demanding client, a modern VCN entry system was implemented, combining smart barriers with LPR cameras for automatic number plate recognition. The system was designed to allow full remote management of entrances, providing instant, contactless access.
With automatic vehicle identification and advanced remote control functions, the system guarantees fast, convenient and secure access – an ideal solution for facilities prioritising top-level protection and full traffic control.

The project also included modern lighting for the access road, using high-quality Schreder luminaires and an advanced street lighting management system. This allows the Zabrze Municipal Roads Authority to have constant real-time monitoring of each luminaire, enabling fast diagnostics and efficient management, resulting in greater savings and reliability.
Additionally, under the contract, a technical duct was built for ZARI, providing modern and safe infrastructure for future system expansions.
