A modern class-A warehouse park in a class-A location

The facility is located in Nowa Huta, close to DK79 and the S7 expressway (with access to the motorway junction), and has excellent links to Cracow’s public transport network. In addition to its location, it offers 25,000 square metres of technologically advanced, environmentally high-standard space, BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.

A modern remote meter reading system enables quick and precise monitoring of energy, water and gas consumption, providing comfort, time savings and accurate measurements.

We delivered, installed and commissioned an electric car charging station, offering a convenient and eco-friendly solution for our clients.

The delivery and installation of the power system included construction of an MV cable line in a cable duct, MV switchgear, a 630 kVA transformer (by Tesar), and a 1000A main low-voltage switchboard (by Hager). The outcome is a reliable and safe source of power for the facility.

A 100 kVA power generator reliable power supply for the rainwater pumping station, guaranteeing smooth operation even in demanding conditions.
